Duane Wilson is a change agent whose focus is designing and implementing cultural shifts while increasing productivity.  Duane has more than 25 years of experience helping organizations by bringing creativity, clarity, and structure to complex and challenging problems. He brings a holistic approach, engaging both the heart and the mind.

Currently, Duane serves as the COO of the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County’s 21 locations. Along with his oversight of the organization’s day-to-day operations, he leads the implementation of new strategic initiatives.

Duane is also the founder of SOAR Consulting and a dynamic facilitator that blends firsthand experience, a breadth of knowledge and an inspirational message to his clients. His 13 Year Air Force Career took him all over the U.S.A. and the world and has given him a panoramic view of humanity. Drawing upon his professional and personal, he is equally at home giving a keynote address, presenting a workshop, or facilitating a retreat.
