Engagement can feel frightening in a culture where anything can be politicized, romanticized, awfulized, and fought for or against. Our emotions drive our decisions and behavior. Our beliefs and biases create separation, and our values underpin everything we do. We will examine how values tie to the seven levels of psychological development and how fluid our needs and values truly are. You will identify what level you operate from most of the time, and where your behaviors and values shift when your buttons are pushed, and why. You will identify what drives your to disengage, as well as opportunities to re-engage safely and easily. By physically walking the Barrett Values Center model you will create deeper personal awareness of where you are, how you got there and what parts of you are inviting you to a new level of growth, leadership, and engagement.

3 Key Takeaways
  • Create awareness of how engaged you really are/aren't.
  • Identify underlying values that drive your triggers and dis-engagement.
  • Discover opportunities for greater leadership and engagement in all areas of your life.
