Story Alchemy®: Becoming the Hero of Your Own Life
Stories are powerful, especially the ones we tell ourselves. Our true story is one of self-love, but too often we become the villain or antagonist of our stories, grinding out tales of self-doubt, self-judgment, feelings of anxiety, people-pleasing, and guilt.

Embark on a unique journey of transformation: to become the hero in your own life. You may begin the process of releasing old patterns and limiting beliefs that have been weighing you down.

In becoming a Story Alchemist, you create gold in a spiritual sense.

We explore the key theme of transformation and turning your painful past into a powerful present. You begin to understand the way your brain processes the world and how your interpretation of memories can unwittingly keep you stuck.

We end by connecting to the Earth, your potential, possibility, and true nature with the Sacred Mountain meditation.

What:
What 3 things might your participants learn or experience as a result of your workshop?
  • Cultivate healthy self-love.
  • Access the knowledge, creativity, and confidence you need to write a new life story.
  • Tap into the medicine of nature to transform old beliefs and patterns.

So What:
What might be 3 ways that the content of your workshop changes your attendees' perceptions, habits, ways of working, or view of the world?
  • Shift your point of view and perspective through transformational narration.
  • Disconnect from stress, pressure, and information overload.
  • Reconnect with your values and true nature.

Now What:
What are 3 ways your attendees might apply what they learn in your workshop?
  • People stuck in self-judgment may embrace self-compassion.
  • Those with feelings of anxiety may gain freedom through self-compassion and self-acceptance.
  • And those suffering from self-doubt, guilt, and people-pleasing may learn healthy decision making and confidence.
