Ryan is a former active-duty Army officer, a current National Guard member, and works as a Senior Analyst for Sigmatech, Inc. at US Space Command in the Wargames and Exercise department. Ryan has worked with Joint Special Operations University’s Design Thinking and Innovation department, and is pursuing his Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership at SUNY Buffalo State College. Ryan recently founded his LLC, ChangeLead Solution Services, and plans to take his platform live by mid-2022, offering education, training, and facilitation in Creative Problem-Solving, Design Thinking, and Change Leadership.
