Victoria Finn leads teams of creative problem solvers for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Her work is to inspire innovation, face creative challenges head on, and do the most amazing, magical work possible for Disney Marketing, and often, because she’s lucky, for other partners within the company. 
 
Victoria and her team are focused on creative problem-solving processes to help teams across Disney Destinations and throughout the company solve their unique and varied challenges.
 
Her past projects have included everything from creating year long celebrations, to reimagining Downtown Disney into Disney Springs, to training innovation processes in India, Argentina, France, Canada and the UK to leading PR for attraction openings.
 
Victoria has with two amazing children, and this time of year, she finds herself spending many evenings and Saturdays at baseball fields and Girl Scout cookie sales locations.
